NBC Footsteps

‘Walking in the footsteps of Jesus’ is New Brighton Catholic's programme to make our Catholic values a living, integral part of our school life, in effect the essence of what the school is about. NBC has developed a values education programme that aims to teach values inherent in our Catholic faith. ‘Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus’ is designed for the entire school community. The foundation of our virtues programme is about relationships as all aspects of the school’s life are influenced by the way we act towards each other.

The Footsteps programme has had a huge impact on the culture of our school. We are able to explicitly see, act and talk about what our virtues are, hence fulfilling the purpose of our Catholic School.
